Over his career, Jared has overseen nearly $1 billion in Nevada real estate projects and served as counsel to major contractors involved in more than $300 million in Las Vegas Strip developments. His experience also includes supporting Series C financings exceeding $500 million, advising on sophisticated business combinations, and lobbying in Oregon and Nevada on matters involving sports, real estate, and commercial development.
